I am a NZAC registered provisional counsellor with two Master’s Degrees in Counselling and Education.
I am neuro-divergent and offer neuro-affirming counselling.
Using a pluralist counselling framework, I work collaboratively with clients on their goals, experiences and processes to improve their daily life experience.
I draw on the following therapeutic approaches: person-centred, Internal Family Systems informed, mindfulness and meditation.
I am a mother, partner, sister, daughter, cousin and trusted friend.
As Tangata Tiriti, I value equity where diversity can flourish.
I have personally benefited from receiving counselling therapy.
