Your behavioural or personality traits have been shaped by life experience and events. Some of your traits may be useful like resilience, empathy, reliability. Some of your traits may be unhelpful, like procrastination, impatience, impulsivity.
In challenging times – in whatever form – our traits can support us or get in our own way. These traits continue to develop throughout life and can be actively shaped to meet your needs.
In contrast, biological traits are more fixed (like eye colour) learning to manage these traits is also part of this journey.
